29  Observed the following plumbing to be improperly installed or maintained: The piping underneath the 3 compartment sink--the pipe underneath the sanitizer sink--is clogged and it was observed to be overflowing, spilling water on the floor. Provide for all plumbing to be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code.
